Ingredients for Green Guacamole
1 Green Onion, diced
1 Serrano Chili, diced
3 Garlic Clove, minced
1-1/2 teaspoonCumin, ground
1 teaspoon Oregano dry, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder (for pure green guacamole skip this)
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/8 teaspoon Salt (tortilla chips have salt)
1 Avocado, dice
2 teaspoons Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
1/4 Cup serving. 4 Cup yield
Do not use stainless steel utensils or bowl to mix or store.
Take prepared Green Onion, Serrano Chili, Garlic cloves and toss in non stainless stell bowl. Dice avocado and use plastic spoon to remove from outer shell. Splash Lime Juice and Cider Vinegar on the avocado so it does not immediately brown. Add Black Pepper and Salt now. Mix with silicon/plastic spatula. Test flavor with tortilla chip. Depending on how smooth you want dump mix in blender or use immersion blender to smooth to your consistency.
Add chopped Onion, Serrano Chili and Green Onions to bowl. Eliminate tomato for Green Guacamole. Add pepper, cumin, oregano and salt.

Smash up Avocado more for smooth guacamole and less smashing for chunky guacamole!
Add Lime juice and Apple Cider Vinegar
